These are website terms only

This page sets out the terms on which you may use this website. It is about the website: the pages, the words, the photographs and the information on them.

Membership terms and conditions are a separate document. They cover things like joining, payment, notice periods, cancellation, gym rules and safety, and they are provided by the gym when you join. Nothing on this page changes them, and nothing on this page is a membership contract.

Who runs this site

This website is operated by Total Body Fitness Gym, a UK Partnership running a boxing club and fitness gym at the address below. A general partnership is not registered at Companies House, so there is no company number.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

The information on this site

Everything here is published for general information about the gym. We take care to keep it right, but we cannot promise that every page is complete, accurate and up to date at every moment.

Class times, timetables, prices, facilities and coaching staff can change. They change more often than a website does. Before you travel, before you plan around a class, and before you rely on a price, please ring the gym on 07780 543501 or message us on WhatsApp and check. Where the website and the gym disagree, the gym is right.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Membership is agreed at the gym, on the membership terms in force at the time.

Not health, fitness or medical advice

Descriptions of classes, training and facilities are general information only. They are not personal health, fitness or medical advice, and they are not a judgement about whether any particular activity is right for you.

Boxing and gym training are physical activities. If you have an injury, a health condition, or you are pregnant, or you are simply unsure, speak to your GP or another suitably qualified professional before you start, and tell the coaching staff at the gym.

Using this site

You may:

• Read, print and save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Share links to any page on this site.

You must not:

• Copy, republish or resell our content as if it were your own.
• Use the site or its content for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the server it sits on, introduce anything malicious, or interfere with how the site works for other people.
• Use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the site.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — the written text, the page layouts and design, the photographs and video of the gym, the club name and the logo — belongs to Total Body Fitness Gym or to the people who licensed it to us. It is protected by copyright and, where relevant, trade mark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use our photographs, video or written content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Photographs of the gym and of people training there are ours; please do not lift them for other websites, listings or advertising.

If you would like to use something — a local newspaper, a partner club, a directory listing — just ask. We are usually happy to say yes.

Links to other websites

This site links out to places such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and mapping and directions services.

Those sites are not ours. We do not control their content, their availability or how they handle your information, and we are not responsible for them. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side of it. When you follow one, you are subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy — read them if you are unsure.

Our liability

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.
• We do not accept liability for loss or damage arising from relying on information on this site — for example a class time or a price that has since changed — without first checking with the gym.
• We do not accept liability for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of an opportunity, where those losses are suffered by someone using the site for business purposes.
• We are not liable for any virus or other harmful material that reaches your device through this site or through a site we link to, beyond taking reasonable care ourselves. You should keep your own device protected.

Nothing here affects liability arising at the gym itself. That is dealt with by the membership terms and by the law, not by this website.

Changes to the site and to these terms

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Please look at it again if you have not for a while.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also be able to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
