Getting here from Gorseinon
From Gorseinon head south through Gowerton, then west onto the B4295 coast road. About six miles and roughly twelve minutes.
We are Unit 24 on Crofty Industrial Estate, the same estate as Gower Brewery and Gower Motors. Parking is on the estate. Full directions and a map link.
Adults boxing and the weights floor
Adults boxing runs three evenings a week and Boxercise twice. The rest of the unit is a proper gym — free weights, racks, resistance machines and cardio — so you can train around the classes rather than instead of them.

- Bag floor Heavy bags, uppercut bags, wall ball and floor-to-ceiling ball
- Free weights Barbells, dumbbells, benches and racks
- Resistance machines Full plate-loaded and cable machine circuit
- Cardio suite Treadmills, cross-trainers, upright and recumbent bikes
- Open matted space Large matted floor for classes, circuits and conditioning
- Refreshments area Seated area with hot and cold drinks, looking out over the Penclawdd estuary

£50 a month
17 and over. All boxing classes and full use of the gym included.
16 and under
£40 a month
16 and under. All boxing classes and full use of the gym included.
