There is not much in the way of gym provision out on the marsh side of the Gower, so Crofty is usually the closest place with weights, cardio and a ring under one roof.

Getting here from Llanrhidian
From Llanrhidian it is a straight run east on the B4295 along the marsh, through Llanmorlais and into Crofty. About three miles and roughly seven minutes. You never have to go near Gowerton.
We are Unit 24 on Crofty Industrial Estate, the same estate as Gower Brewery and Gower Motors. Parking is on the estate. Full directions and a map link.

Boxing in the evenings for all ages, and Yoga on Thursday mornings if the evening run does not suit.

- Open matted space Large matted floor for classes, circuits and conditioning
- Refreshments area Seated area with hot and cold drinks, looking out over the Penclawdd estuary

17 and over. All boxing classes and full use of the gym included.
16 and under
£40 a month
16 and under. All boxing classes and full use of the gym included.
