From Gowerton take the B4295 west along the estuary, through Penclawdd, and Crofty Industrial Estate is about four miles along. Roughly eight minutes outside school-run times.
We are Unit 24 on Crofty Industrial Estate, the same estate as Gower Brewery and Gower Motors. Parking is on the estate. Full directions and a map link.
Kids and junior boxing first
Sessions are coached, structured and split by age — 5 to 10 in the kids class, 11 to 16 in the juniors. Parents can use the gym while the children are in the ring, on the same membership month.

- Cardio suite Treadmills, cross-trainers, upright and recumbent bikes
- Open matted space Large matted floor for classes, circuits and conditioning
- Refreshments area Seated area with hot and cold drinks, looking out over the Penclawdd estuary

16 and under. All boxing classes and full use of the gym included.
