Three Crosses has no gym of its own, so everyone is driving somewhere. Crofty is a straight run down the coast road, and the children’s boxing is usually what brings people the first time.

Getting here from Three Crosses
From Three Crosses drop down the hill to Gowerton and pick up the B4295 west along the coast through Penclawdd. About five miles and roughly ten minutes.
We are Unit 24 on Crofty Industrial Estate, the same estate as Gower Brewery and Gower Motors. Parking is on the estate. Full directions and a map link.
Kids and junior boxing first
Sessions are coached, structured and split by age — 5 to 10 in the kids class, 11 to 16 in the juniors. Parents can use the gym while the children are in the ring, on the same membership month.

- Two boxing rings Full-size raised ring plus matted training area
- Bag floor Heavy bags, uppercut bags, wall ball and floor-to-ceiling ball
- Free weights Barbells, dumbbells, benches and racks
- Resistance machines Full plate-loaded and cable machine circuit
- Cardio suite Treadmills, cross-trainers, upright and recumbent bikes
- Open matted space Large matted floor for classes, circuits and conditioning
- Refreshments area Seated area with hot and cold drinks, looking out over the Penclawdd estuary

Adult
£50 a month
17 and over. All boxing classes and full use of the gym included.
16 and under
£40 a month
16 and under. All boxing classes and full use of the gym included.
