Getting here from Llanmorlais
Llanmorlais is the other side of Crofty. Join the B4295 and head east towards Penclawdd; the industrial estate is about a mile along, on the edge of Crofty. Two or three minutes in the car.
We are Unit 24 on Crofty Industrial Estate, the same estate as Gower Brewery and Gower Motors. Parking is on the estate. Full directions and a map link.
Close enough to train properly
At three minutes away you can come three or four times a week without thinking about it, which is what actually makes a difference.

- Open matted space Large matted floor for classes, circuits and conditioning
- Refreshments area Seated area with hot and cold drinks, looking out over the Penclawdd estuary

17 and over. All boxing classes and full use of the gym included.
16 and under
£40 a month
16 and under. All boxing classes and full use of the gym included.
