Total Body Fitness is on Crofty Industrial Estate — a small light-industrial estate at Crofty, just outside Penclawdd on the north Gower coast.
The estate sits off the B4295, the coast road that runs between Gowerton and Llanrhidian with the Loughor estuary alongside it. If you are coming from the Swansea side, carry on through Penclawdd and Crofty is the next village. From the Llanrhidian side, come east through Llanmorlais.
Once you are on the estate, look for Unit 24. Parking is on the estate.

- Pencaerfenni Park The park at Crofty, just off the coast road.
If you can see the brewery or the MOT centre, you are on the right estate.

Our Google Business Profile for the Crofty unit is still being set up. Until it is verified, older listings for Total Body Fitness may still show up — Llansamlet, Clydach, Oxford Street. Those are out of date.
The gym is at Unit 24, Crofty Industrial Estate, Crofty, Swansea SA4 3RS. Please do not set off for any of the others. If you are unsure, ring 07780 543501 before you travel.
