Getting here from Pontarddulais
From Pontarddulais come down through Gorseinon and Gowerton, then west onto the B4295 coast road at Gowerton. About nine miles and roughly eighteen minutes.
We are Unit 24 on Crofty Industrial Estate, the same estate as Gower Brewery and Gower Motors. Parking is on the estate. Full directions and a map link.
The 07:30 Total Body Workout
An hour before work, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It runs before the gym opens to members, so the floor is quiet and you are out and on the road by half eight.

- Two boxing rings Full-size raised ring plus matted training area
- Bag floor Heavy bags, uppercut bags, wall ball and floor-to-ceiling ball
- Free weights Barbells, dumbbells, benches and racks
- Resistance machines Full plate-loaded and cable machine circuit
- Cardio suite Treadmills, cross-trainers, upright and recumbent bikes
- Open matted space Large matted floor for classes, circuits and conditioning
- Refreshments area Seated area with hot and cold drinks, looking out over the Penclawdd estuary

16 and under
£40 a month
16 and under. All boxing classes and full use of the gym included.
