Boxing and gym near Penclawdd
It is the nearest gym to Penclawdd and the nearest coached boxing club, and Penclawdd RFC train here every Tuesday. There is also a seated refreshments area looking out over the Penclawdd estuary — the local church ladies have held a coffee morning in it. The alternative is a run into Gowerton or Gorseinon.

Getting here from Penclawdd
Crofty is the next village west of Penclawdd. Follow the B4295 coast road out towards Llanrhidian and the industrial estate is off it after about a mile. Roughly two minutes in the car.
It is walkable at about twenty minutes along the coast road, which plenty of members do in the summer. Take the usual care on that road after dark.
We are Unit 24 on Crofty Industrial Estate, the same estate as Gower Brewery and Gower Motors. Parking is on the estate. Full directions and a map link.
Boxing for every age in the house
Kids from 5, juniors from 11, adults in the evening. Being two minutes away means a family can do three different sessions in a week without it taking over the diary.

16 and under. All boxing classes and full use of the gym included.
