The Gym of the Gower
A proper boxing club and a full fitness gym under one roof at Crofty, minutes from Penclawdd. Two rings, a bag floor, free weights, resistance machines and a cardio suite — with an unbeaten professional heavyweight in the corner.
Nothing else like it on the north Gower. Walk in, train, get coached properly. Beginners are welcome any day we are open, and kids can start from age 5.

From age 5. Kids Boxing for ages 5–10 runs Tuesday at 17:00, Thursday at 17:00 and Saturday at 10:30. Junior Boxing for ages 11–16 runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 17:00.
Where is Total Body Fitness?
Unit 24, Crofty Industrial Estate, Crofty, Swansea SA4 3RS. The unit is on the north Gower, just outside Penclawdd, and easy to reach from Gowerton, Loughor and Gorseinon.
I have never boxed before. Is it beginner friendly?
Yes. Every class is coached, and beginners are taken through the basics first — stance, guard, footwork, then the bags. You work at your own pace and nobody is thrown in at the deep end.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. People start here at every level of fitness. The same floor is used by complete beginners, juniors, adults and professional fighters, and the coaches set the work to suit you.
