You are already here. Unit 24 is on Crofty Industrial Estate, in among Gower Brewery, Gower Motors and The Gower Dough. Most of the village can walk it in under ten minutes. If you drive, park on the estate.
We are Unit 24 on Crofty Industrial Estate, the same estate as Gower Brewery and Gower Motors. Parking is on the estate. Full directions and a map link.

- Bag floor Heavy bags, uppercut bags, wall ball and floor-to-ceiling ball
- Free weights Barbells, dumbbells, benches and racks
- Resistance machines Full plate-loaded and cable machine circuit
- Cardio suite Treadmills, cross-trainers, upright and recumbent bikes
- Open matted space Large matted floor for classes, circuits and conditioning
- Refreshments area Seated area with hot and cold drinks, looking out over the Penclawdd estuary

Adult
£50 a month
17 and over. All boxing classes and full use of the gym included.
16 and under
£40 a month
16 and under. All boxing classes and full use of the gym included.
